1. DO THE SHIPPING CHARGES VARY ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS PURCHASED/WEIGHT OF THE ORDER?
Yes, the shipping charges vary on the order size and weight
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
We process and ship every order within 48-72 business hours of receiving it. Your order will get delivered within 4-6 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.
For International orders, the average delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on the country of residence.
3. WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU USE?
We use leading couriers with different companies in India and for all International orders.
For Domestic: DTDC
For International: DTDC, ARAMEX
4. HOW DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND TAXES WORK?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and solely depend on the customs rules at that point in time. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.
5. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at +917455081979 or email address at andys.international21@gmail.com. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
