Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery.
- Import Duties and taxes are not included in the grand total.
- We offer worldwide delivery with some exclusion.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Free exchange and return only on clothing items that are sold by size and within India.
- Returns accepted only for damaged clothes with clear picture and description of damage mentioned within one day of the receipt of delivery.
- No returns for free size items such as Dupatta, Ties, Robes, Saris, and Kaftans

CANCELLATION
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours. After that, a cancellation fee of ₹200.0 is applicable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return.
- You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package, Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
- If you use the prepaid shipping label, $ will be deducted from your return to cover the shipping charges.
